The Difference Of Fused Cast AZS Block And Fire Clay Bricks
The main raw material of fire clay bricks is clay which is through mud processing, molding, drying and roasting. Fire clay bricks made in China are mainly made of kaolinite(Al2O3•2SiO2•2H2O) and 6%~7% impurities(oxide of potassium, sodium, calcium, titanium and iron). The content of Al2O3 is usually above 40％ and Fe2O3 is below 2.0～2.5％. Fire clay bricks adopt 50% soft clay and 50% hard clay clinker, ingredient by a certain size, and sinter under high temperature of 1300~1400℃ after forming and drying. Fire clay bricks are the weak acid refractory products which can resist acid melting slag and the erosion of acid gas, good thermal property and resist rapid heat and cold. Fire clay bricks are mainly used in the secondary parts of coke oven, such as regenerator seal wall, small flue lining bricks and regenerator, door lining brick, roof and riser lining brick.
