Requirements For Physical And Chemical Properties Of Fire Clay Bricks
1. Fire clay bricks are required to have high refractoriness which can resist high temperature heat load effect, do not soften, and do not melt.
2. Fire clay bricks should have high volume stability, small residual shrinkage and residual expansion, amorphous transformation and serious volume effect without volume shrinkage and only uniform expansion.
3. Fire clay bricks are required to have high strength and strong resistance to high temperature, high temperature under load, high creep resistance which can resist high temperature heat load without loss of strength, creep and collapse.
4. Good thermal shock resistance, slag resistance, high density, wear resistance, good impact resistance and chemical stability are also required of fire clay bricks.
