Ordinary clay bricks: a general term for clay refractories with a regular shape. The main chemical components are alumina and silica, and it also contains ferric oxide, calcium oxide, potassium oxide, sodium oxide, titanium dioxide, etc., which act as a flux. Divided into ordinary clay bricks, multi-clinker clay bricks, whole raw clay bricks, high silicon clay bricks and so on. It has the characteristics of good high temperature performance and good thermal shock resistance. It uses hard clay clinker (full raw clay bricks as raw material) as the raw material, adds an appropriate amount of plastic clay, and performs plastic molding or semi-dry molding and then sinter Made. It must be noted that the content of metal oxide impurities such as iron, calcium, potassium, sodium, and titanium in the raw materials should be strictly controlled when batching, otherwise they will begin to form a liquid phase below 1000 ° C, affecting the high temperature performance of the product. Clay bricks are often used as refractory materials for blast furnaces, hot blast stoves, glass kilns, ceramic kilns, rotary kilns, lime kilns, etc.

High-grade clay brick: Clay fire-resistant brick with fire resistance not lower than 1699 ℃.

Clay bricks are made of clay as the main raw material, which is made into plastic by stirring and formed by mechanical extrusion. The extruded soil block is called a brick billet, which is sent to the kiln after being air-dried, and then calcined at a high temperature of 900-1000 ° C to form a brick.
