The production process of Fire Clay Bricks

Fire clay  bricks mainly contain a few  steps:

3. Add water to moist  pure  water, then again and again to refined, or make the cow dint, make its become thick mud, human through mud and refined to roughly five to six times, the process play

a crucial role in the quality of the brick.
 
4. The soil filled into wooden blocking mode, after compaction, scrape off the excess sludge using a wire bow and blank shape. Before blocking, under a wooden underground sprinkle a layer of

fine sand, mud and ground adhesion in case.
